The CaterBase Open Centre Feed Roll Dispenser is an ideal solution for fast-paced environments like professional kitchens, busy workshops, and garages where immediate access to paper towels is essential. Constructed from robust, powder-coated steel, it offers exceptional durability and a sleek finish that resists grease and daily wear, though users should note that the open-frame design does not provide full enclosure protection from ambient dust or splashes compared to closed-cabinet models.

This unit is designed to hold centrefeed rolls up to 190mm wide.
While the powder-coated steel is durable, it is intended for indoor use to protect the paper from weather elements.
No, you must remove the cardboard core before placing the roll onto the dispenser to allow for proper centre-pull feeding.
Use a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive chemicals or steel wool to prevent scratching the coating.
This specific model is finished in a standard white powder coat.
The edge is designed to be effective at tearing paper but should be handled with standard care during installation and cleaning.
Ensure the paper is being pulled straight down from the center and not at a sharp angle against the serrated edge.
Tighten the mounting screws or check if the wall anchors need to be replaced with heavy-duty alternatives for more stability.
Verify that the centrefeed roll is not jammed and that the core has been fully removed prior to insertion.
To install, secure the dispenser to a wall using the appropriate fasteners for your wall material (wood, concrete, or drywall). To load a new roll, simply remove the central cardboard core from your centrefeed paper roll, place the roll onto the dispenser base, and thread the leading edge of the paper through the bottom opening. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with a mild detergent; avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the powder-coated finish. Periodically check the mounting screws to ensure the unit remains rigid under the pull-force of daily use.
