The FloPlast Solvent Weld 40mm Grey Boss Adaptor is designed for easy installation into the circular opening of a boss fitting. It allows for a permanent connection between the waste pipe and the boss pipe using solvent welding techniques. This adaptor is suitable for 43mm (actual pipe size) waste pipes or fittings. Features: Solvent weld technology ensures a strong and durable connection. Designed for use with FloPlast's plastic Boss Fittings. Available in both black and grey colors. Benefits: Quick and easy installation process. Secure and reliable connection between waste pipes and boss fittings. Suitable for various waste pipe sizes due to its adjustable design. This solvent weld boss adaptor is used in conjunction with either an SP583 Short Boss Pipe, an SP581 boss pipe or an SP319 strap boss to connect a waste pipe into a 110mm soil pipe. It can also be used inside the boss shoulders of other fittings such as junctions. The boss adaptor is solvent welded into the circular opening in a boss fitting. The waste pipe is then glued inside the boss pipe to give a permanent fit. Use solvent weld SC250 for all solvent weld joints. Note - solvent weld joints cannot be taken apart once the joint has been made.
