This Trend C077 Ovolo Rounding Over Router Bit features two flute carbide TCT tips for cleaner cutting edges and fast clearance of waste in all timber and timber based materials. It has a 5/16in radius for matched imperial replication work, ideal for lighter round over and Ovolo detail or bullnosing on thinner stock. The bearing-guided design allows for classic round over detail on curved and straight work, with an additional bearing for a quirked Ovolo detail option. The PTFE coating minimizes heat and resin build-up for increased cutter performance and longevity. It has a 1/4in shank for easy control in smaller routers and includes a 'K' mark shank for safe working practices. Specifications include a 28.5 mm diameter, 12.7 mm cut length, 64 mm overall length, 9.5 mm bearing diameter, and a 7.9 mm radius.
