FAQs

Are these suitable for toddlers?

No, these contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Can I pick which character I get?

No, these are sold as a blind assortment, meaning the character inside is a surprise.

How many characters are in Series 1?

The assortment is part of the Series 1 collection; please refer to the packaging for the specific list of characters available in this series.

Is the material waterproof?

The foam is water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding submerging the clips to preserve the design quality.

What is the best way to trade with friends?

Since they are blind bags, the best way to trade is to meet with other fans and compare the duplicates you have received.

Troubleshooting

The clip mechanism feels stuck or difficult to open.

Check the hinge for any trapped debris and gently work the spring back and forth to loosen it.

The character figure has become slightly misshapen.

Gently massage the foam back into its original shape; the material is designed to be slightly flexible.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply press the spring-loaded clip to open the mechanism and attach it to your desired loop or ring. No tools or assembly are required.

To ensure your bag clips stay in top condition:

Avoid Moisture: While the foam is durable, excessive water exposure may damage the surface print.
Periodic Cleaning: If the clip becomes dusty, wipe it gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use cleaning solvents or alcohol, as these may fade the stylized character graphics.
Storage: When not in use, store your collection in a cool, dry place to prevent compression of the foam.
