This OM5 LOMMF (Laser Optimized Multimode Fiber) cable is designed for high-density network applications, supporting reliable connectivity for 40-100Gb/s Ethernet connections. It is built with LC/LC-UPC connectors for superior return loss compared to PC polishing. The cable features color-coded connectors for easy polarity identification and is constructed with a low smoke, zero halogen (LSZH) rated jacket, making it safe for use in poorly ventilated areas. Additionally, the jacket is reinforced with Aramid Fibers to enhance tensile strength and provide a greater bend radius. The fiber core is insensitive to bending. Each cable is individually tested to meet or exceed TIA/EIA-568 industry standards, ensuring guaranteed compatibility and performance. It supports an extended wavelength range of 850-953nm and is backward compatible with OM4/OM3, offering flexibility in network upgrades.
