The Zeno Shower Stool is designed for the elderly, individuals recovering from surgery, or anyone requiring extra support and mobility assistance while bathing. Its standout feature is the 360-degree rotating seat, which minimizes physical strain by allowing users to turn effortlessly without twisting their bodies. While the stool offers excellent stability and customization, users should note that the swivel function requires careful balance during initial transition and usage.

The Zeno Shower Stool supports up to 135kg.
The swivel seat is designed for continuous 360-degree rotation to aid mobility and does not feature a mechanical lock.
The stool is primarily designed for walk-in showers. Please check the width of your bathtub to ensure the four feet can fit securely on the bottom surface.
Wipe down with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive household cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that may degrade the rubber feet.
Yes, some basic assembly is required to attach the legs to the seat base, which can be done easily by following the included manual.
Verify that all four legs are locked into the same height adjustment setting and ensure all floor feet are level and clean.
Check for hair or soap residue trapped in the swivel mechanism. Clean the track with warm soapy water and ensure it is fully dry.
Gently depress the button while slightly wiggling the leg to release tension. Ensure no debris is lodged inside the adjustment holes.
Assembly is straightforward and typically requires no specialized tools beyond a standard hex key or wrench. To ensure the stool fits your shower, measure the narrowest part of your shower basin before purchase. For maintenance, wipe the aluminium frame with a mild detergent and water weekly to prevent soap scum buildup. Regularly inspect the rubber feet for signs of wear; if the grip appears compromised, replace the foot caps immediately to maintain safety. Always ensure all height adjustment pins are fully 'clicked' into their locked positions before use.
