The WS6 is compatible with RØDE NTG1, NTG2, NTG4, and NTG4+ microphones, as well as any other shotgun microphone with a maximum slot length of 160.5mm (6 1/4 inches) and a diameter of 21-22.5mm.

The WS6 provides excellent reduction for light to moderate winds. For very strong or gusty winds, additional wind protection might be beneficial, but it significantly improves audio quality in most outdoor conditions.

You can clean the WS6 by gently wiping the foam and fur with a slightly damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching it to your microphone.

The WS6 is designed with acoustically transparent materials, minimizing any negative impact on sound quality while providing significant wind noise reduction.

Gently brush the fur with a soft brush or comb. If dirty, lightly dampen a cloth and wipe gently, then allow to air dry completely.
