The Milward Embroidery Scissors are an essential tool for embroidery enthusiasts and crafters who require surgical precision for delicate thread work and fine fabric trimming. These 10 cm scissors provide an excellent balance of control and sharpness, making them perfect for intricate stitch-work; however, users should note that their small size and fine tips are designed specifically for lightweight materials and are not suitable for heavy-duty cutting tasks like denim or thick upholstery fabric.

Yes, their symmetrical design makes them comfortable and effective for both left-handed and right-handed crafters.
It is recommended to use these exclusively for fabric and thread, as cutting paper will dull the precision blades rapidly.
These embroidery scissors measure 10 cm in total length.
Store them in a protective cover when not in use and avoid dropping them on hard surfaces, which can blunt or bend the delicate points.
No, these are standard pivot-action scissors, allowing for traditional, controlled cutting movements.
Apply a very small drop of sewing machine oil to the pivot screw and work the blades back and forth.
Ensure there is no thread or lint caught between the blades; clean thoroughly and verify the blades are not being twisted during use.
No complex setup is required; the scissors are ready for use immediately upon removal from packaging. To maintain performance, store them in a dedicated scissor sheath or a clean, dry sewing box when not in use to protect the points from bending. Periodically wipe the blades with a dry cloth to remove lint and thread residue. If the blades become sluggish, applying a tiny drop of sewing machine oil at the pivot point will ensure smooth operation. Keep them away from moisture to prevent rust.
