Rapid Heavy-duty Cable Tacker - R36

The Rapid R36 uses Rapid No. 36 Cable Staples with lengths ranging from 10mm to 14mm.

It is specifically designed for low-voltage cables up to 4.5mm and 6mm in diameter.

The adjuster allows you to select one of three levels of force applied by the tacker, enabling you to customize the fastening power for different materials and ensure optimal staple depth without damaging surfaces.

While the all-steel construction is durable, it is recommended to store the tool in a dry environment to prevent rust and maintain its performance over time.

The tacker features a patented easy-squeeze trigger designed to reduce operational force by up to 40%. Ensure the force adjuster is set to the lowest appropriate setting for your task, and that the tool is clean and well-maintained.

The Rapid R36 is made in Sweden.

Ensure the magazine is loaded correctly with the appropriate staples. Check that the tacker is positioned firmly against the surface and the trigger is fully squeezed. Verify the force adjuster is set appropriately and not obstructed.

Clear any jammed staples carefully using pliers if necessary. Ensure you are using the correct type and size of Rapid No. 36 staples. Clean the staple channel as per the care instructions.

Adjust the 3-step force adjuster to a higher setting if staples are too shallow, or a lower setting if they are penetrating too deeply. Ensure the cable is correctly positioned before firing.

Confirm you are using the lowest setting on the 3-step force adjuster if applicable. Ensure the staple channel is clean and free of debris. If the issue persists, the internal mechanism may require servicing.
