The Puig Z-Racing Windshield (5994H) is designed for sportbike riders seeking improved aerodynamics and reduced wind resistance during high-speed riding. Engineered in Barcelona using high-impact 3mm acrylic, it provides a double-height profile that effectively directs airflow away from the rider's chest and helmet. While it significantly enhances comfort and performance on the track or highway, users should note that the specialized double-height design may alter the visual profile of the motorcycle compared to a standard stock screen.

Yes, the Puig Z-Racing screen meets German TÜV safety standards for use on public roads.
No, this screen is designed to use your motorcycle's existing hardware for a seamless fit.

No, it is a direct replacement part and requires no cutting or drilling.
Use warm soapy water and a soft microfiber cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges.
By smoothing the airflow, many riders experience a reduction in wind noise compared to stock windshields.
Ensure all mounting bolts are evenly tightened and that any rubber washers/grommets from the original screen are correctly in place.
Loosely thread all bolts into place before tightening any of them down to allow for slight adjustments in screen position.
Installation of the 5994H screen is straightforward, as it utilizes the existing mounting points on your motorcycle fairing. Simply remove the original factory windscreen, transfer the mounting hardware (or use the provided hardware if applicable), and secure the new Puig screen until firm. Do not overtighten, as excessive pressure can stress the acrylic. To clean, use a soft microfiber cloth with water or a mild plastic-safe cleaner to maintain the finish and prevent micro-scratches from dust or debris.
