This pack of 200 large (8.25 inch) origami sheets from Tuttle Publishing is ideal for hobbyists and crafters seeking to create beautiful, traditional Japanese art. Its key benefit lies in the high-quality paper featuring vibrant, double-sided woodblock prints and coordinating reverse colors, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of folded creations. A potential caveat is that the included instructions are for beginner projects, which may not suit advanced folders.

Each origami sheet measures 8.25 inches by 8.25 inches.
The pack contains 200 sheets of origami paper.
Yes, the paper is double-sided. One side features unique Japanese garden woodblock prints, and the reverse side has coordinating colors.
The included instructions are for 6 easy-to-fold origami projects, suitable for beginners.
While excellent for general and beginner projects, the paper's weight and finish might be better suited for slightly less complex models than extremely intricate or modular designs that require very thin, specific paper types.
The product information does not specify if the paper is acid-free. For archival purposes, it's recommended to check with the manufacturer directly.
Store the paper flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the colors and prevent creasing or moisture damage.
Ensure you are making firm, crisp folds. If folding for the first time, practice on a scrap piece of paper to get a feel for the paper's weight. For very intricate folds, consider using a bone folder for precision.
Origami paper, especially with detailed prints, can appear different under various lighting conditions. Ensure you are viewing the paper in good, natural light. The vibrancy is intended to be a classic woodblock print aesthetic.
Apply firm pressure when making each fold. Running your fingernail or a clean, flat object (like a ruler edge) along the crease line can help achieve sharper results.
Setup: No setup is required for this product; the origami paper is ready to use straight out of the packaging. The included instructional booklet provides step-by-step guides for 6 different origami projects.
