Troubleshooting
Cover does not fit securely.
Ensure you have the correct model (SC5000 or SC5000M) and that the media player is placed on a flat surface. Double-check that no cables are obstructing the fit.
Cover appears cloudy or scratched.
Clean the cover gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals. Minor scuffs may be inherent to polycarbonate use but do not typically affect protection.
Difficulty fitting cables with the cover on.
Ensure cables are routed neatly and not excessively bulky. The cover is designed for standard cables; thicker or multiple bundled cables might require adjustment.
