Setup, Compatibility & Care

These pens are ready to use immediately out of the box. Simply depress the top button to extend the nib. To maintain the life of your pen:

  1. Retraction: Always retract the nib when the pen is not in use to preserve the ink flow and protect the tip.
  2. Storage: Store pens horizontally to ensure an even distribution of ink within the reservoir.
  3. Refilling: When the ink runs low, unscrew the barrel to access the internal refill cartridge. Ensure you use standard Q-Connect compatible refills to maintain performance.
  4. Cleaning: If the grip becomes dusty, wipe the rubberised barrel with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly before use.
