Ensure you have the correct size protector for your mattress. Check that the mattress depth does not exceed 35cm. Re-adjust the corners to ensure a secure fit.
Avoid using fabric softeners, bleach, or high heat during washing and drying, as these can degrade the waterproof membrane. Ensure the protector is completely dry before use.
While designed for breathability, ensure the washing instructions are followed to maintain airflow. If the issue persists, consider the ambient room temperature and bedding materials.
Setup: The protector features a fitted-sheet style. Simply align the corners with your mattress and pull them down to secure it in place. Ensure it fits snugly around the mattress for optimal protection and comfort.
Compatibility: This protector is designed for mattresses up to 35cm in depth. It is compatible with standard double-sized mattresses. Please verify your mattress depth before purchasing.
Care: For best results, machine wash the protector in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the waterproof membrane and affect the fabric's integrity.
