Draper Belt/Disc Sander - 370W

This sander is designed for use with wood and similar materials. It is not suitable for sanding or grinding metal.

Use the quick-release belt tensioning lever to loosen the belt. Remove the old belt and install the new one, ensuring it's properly tensioned.

The disc table pivots from 0-45 degrees. Loosen the locking mechanism, adjust the table to the desired angle, and tighten the mechanism.

The belt size is 100 x 914mm.

The disc diameter is 150mm.

Replacement belts and discs are available from most tool retailers and online.

Use a brush or vacuum to remove dust from the machine. Wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth if necessary, but avoid getting the motor wet.

Check the power supply and ensure the machine is properly plugged in. Verify that the power switch is in the 'on' position.

Check the sanding belt and disc for wear or clogging. Replace if necessary. Ensure the belt is properly tensioned and tracking correctly. Adjust the disc table angle as needed.

Ensure the dust extraction port is properly connected to a vacuum or dust collection system. Check for any blockages in the port or hose.

Adjust the belt tension using the quick-release lever and tracking knob. Ensure the belt is properly aligned on the rollers.
