The BANILA CO Clean It Zero Pore Clarifying Cleansing Balm is designed for individuals with oily or blemish-prone skin seeking an efficient, all-in-one makeup removal solution that simultaneously targets pore congestion. By utilizing a unique sherbet-to-oil texture, it effectively lifts heavy makeup, excess sebum, and impurities in a single step, though users with extremely sensitive skin should perform a patch test due to its potent exfoliating acid complex.

This product is formulated as an all-in-one cleanser, meaning it is designed to be thorough enough on its own, though some users prefer a light water-based cleanser if they have very oily skin.
While it is pH-balanced, it contains active exfoliating acids. We recommend a patch test on the inner arm before applying it to your entire face.
Yes, it is effective at removing eye makeup, but keep your eyes closed during application to prevent the oils from temporarily blurring your vision.
With daily evening use, a 100ml jar typically lasts between 2 to 3 months depending on how much product is used per application.
The product is formulated to be mild; however, always check the full ingredient list on the packaging if you have known fragrance allergies.
The product is designed to melt with skin contact; warm it slightly between your palms before applying if it feels stiff due to room temperature.
Ensure you are properly emulsifying the balm with warm water for 10-20 seconds before final rinsing, which turns the oil into a rinsable, milky texture.
The tingling is often the result of the exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA/LHA) working; if it persists or turns into stinging, rinse immediately and discontinue use.
To ensure product longevity, always use the provided spatula to keep the balm free from water and bacteria. Store the container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as the heat may cause the product to revert to a liquid state. The formula is compatible with most skincare routines; however, because it contains active acids (AHA/BHA/LHA), it is recommended to introduce it gradually if you are currently using other exfoliating treatments like retinoids or high-strength chemical peels to avoid over-exfoliation.
