This straight-through joint is designed for multi-core armoured polymeric low voltage energy cables. It is a resin-filled cable jointing kit from the 3M 92 NBA 2 series. The joint is suitable for 5 conductors with a nominal cross-section of 2.5 to 16mm². Its rated voltage is 0.6/1 (1.2) kV. The kit includes an abrasive sponge, detailed instructions, pre-cut sealing elements, a resin bag with Cmp, and a transparent moulded case with a closure cap. This variant is specifically for cable sizes ranging from 6 to 16 mm2.
