FAQs

What makes the Ultramax Pro more durable than other hose guns?

Its primary advantage is the solid die-cast metal body, which is significantly more robust and resistant to damage from drops, impacts, and harsh environmental conditions compared to plastic alternatives.

How do I switch between the seven spray patterns?

Rotate the front nozzle of the hose gun. Each click or position corresponds to one of the seven specialized spray patterns.

Can I use this with any garden hose?

Yes, it is equipped with a universal male hose end connector that is compatible with all standard garden hoses, including Hozelock and other common brands.

What is the benefit of the lockable trigger?

The lockable trigger allows you to maintain a continuous water flow without having to hold the trigger down manually. This significantly reduces hand fatigue, especially during prolonged watering tasks.

How does the rear flow control dial work?

The dial, located at the rear of the gun, allows you to adjust the water pressure from 50% to 100%. This provides precise control over the water flow, allowing you to match it to specific tasks like gentle watering or high-pressure cleaning.

Is this hose gun suitable for professional use?

Yes, its heavy-duty construction, ergonomic design, and precise controls are engineered for intensive daily use and professional-level performance.

How should I maintain the metal body?

Wipe the metal body with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that could damage the finish. Ensure it is stored in a dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

Water leaks from the connection point.

Ensure the hose connector is securely tightened onto the hose. Check the rubber washer inside the hose connector for damage and replace if necessary.

Spray pattern is weak or inconsistent.

Verify that the water supply is fully turned on at the tap. Check the hose for any kinks or blockages. Ensure the selected spray pattern is appropriate for the desired flow.

Trigger is difficult to squeeze or lock.

Check for any debris around the trigger mechanism. Ensure the hose is not under excessive pressure when trying to lock the trigger. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Water flow cannot be adjusted.

Confirm that the rear flow control dial is functioning correctly. Ensure there are no internal blockages affecting the flow regulation. Clean any visible debris from the dial area.
