How do I activate the Steam Clean function?

Pour water into a shallow baking tray placed on the bottom shelf, select the Steam Clean setting on the control panel, and run the cycle as directed.

Can I plug this into a standard wall socket?

No, due to the 3500W power consumption, this unit must be hard-wired into a dedicated power circuit by a qualified electrician.

What is the maximum temperature of the pizza mode?

The dedicated Pizza Mode can reach up to 300°C for authentic crispy bases.

How many levels are available for cooking?

The oven features five distinct cooking levels, allowing for flexible shelf placement.

Troubleshooting

Oven is not heating up to the selected temperature

Ensure the timer is set correctly and the oven is not in 'Demo' mode; check that the door is fully closed.

Food is cooking unevenly

Ensure you are using the correct shelf position and that the oven is not overcrowded, which can block airflow.

Steam Clean function is not removing all grease

For stubborn baked-on stains, you may need to repeat the steam cycle or apply a gentle, non-caustic oven cleaner.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation: This appliance must be hard-wired to your home electrical system due to its 3500W power requirement. Ensure your installation cavity meets the minimum dimensions of 590mm (H) x 560mm (W) x 550mm (D).

Care: To maintain the finish of the interior enamelled steel, always allow the oven to cool before starting the Steam Clean cycle. After the cycle finishes, use a soft cloth to wipe away the softened grime. For the exterior glass, use a non-abrasive cleaner to preserve the sleek jet black appearance. Ensure the vents remain clear of obstruction to allow the Dynamic Cooling System to operate effectively.
