This typically indicates the batteries are running low. Replace all three batteries with a new set.
Gently straighten the wire by running it between your thumb and forefinger; avoid pulling or yanking to prevent damaging the internal wiring.
Setting up the lights is straightforward: simply slide the battery compartment cover open, insert 3 AA batteries following the polarity markings, and toggle the switch to the 'on' position. To maintain the life of your lights, handle the thin wire with care to avoid kinks or internal breaks. Always switch the device to the 'off' position when not in use to conserve battery life. Because these are electronic components, they should be kept away from water, humidity, and extreme heat. Use a dry, soft cloth to occasionally dust the dog-shaped covers to keep them looking bright and clean.
