Demsun Maximum Foam (P88) is an essential tool for professional contractors and DIYers looking to secure door and window frames with precision. It offers an industry-leading yield—providing at least 100% more volume than standard straw foams—which ensures cost-efficiency and fewer aerosol cans per job. While it delivers excellent structural stability, users must note that the rapid-curing formula requires quick application to ensure a clean finish, as it becomes firm in a short timeframe.

Yes, it can be used outdoors, but polyurethane foam is UV-sensitive. It should be painted, plastered, or sealed once cured to prevent degradation from direct sunlight.
While it has excellent adhesive properties, it is specifically designed for filling gaps and fixing frames. It should not be used as a primary structural adhesive for load-bearing applications.
Uncured foam can sometimes be removed with acetone or specialized foam cleaner, but it is best to wear protective gloves as it is very difficult to remove once it touches the skin.
The foam becomes tack-free in approximately 10-15 minutes and is usually ready to be cut within 45-60 minutes, depending on the temperature and humidity.
It adheres well to most building materials including wood, concrete, stone, and metal, but it will not stick to polyethylene, silicone, or Teflon.
Ensure the can has been shaken for at least 30 seconds and is being held in the inverted (upside down) position during use.
Use a specialized polyurethane foam cleaner to dissolve residue in the valve and nozzle; keep the nozzle clean after every use to prevent this.
Ensure the area is not overly cold and that you have slightly moistened the substrate, as moisture accelerates the curing process for polyurethane foams.
To prepare the can, shake it vigorously for at least 30 seconds to ensure the propellant and components are well-mixed. When applying, always hold the can upside down, as this is necessary for the propellant to properly dispense the foam. Ensure surfaces are free of dust, grease, and oil. For care, store the can in an upright position in a cool, dry place. If you are not using the entire can at once, clean the nozzle immediately with a foam cleaner to prevent the valve from clogging and becoming unusable for future sessions.
