Troubleshooting
Organizer feels flimsy or dividers won't stay in place.
Ensure the dividers are firmly seated in the felt slots. If the caddy feels generally unstable, ensure it is filled with a balanced amount of items to provide internal structure.
Felt material attracts dust or lint.
Gently brush or vacuum the felt surface with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and lint. Avoid excessive rubbing, which can spread the lint.
Exterior pockets are too tight for certain items.
Gently stretch the fabric of the pockets if they seem too rigid. Avoid forcing items that are significantly larger than the pocket dimensions, as this could cause tearing.
