Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure the grease injector is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Connect your air compressor hose to the inlet valve, ensuring a secure connection.
- Fill the 12-liter tank with appropriate grease, following the manufacturer's recommendations for grease type and consistency.
- Adjust the inlet pressure to a maximum of 9 bar, or as recommended for your specific application.
Compatibility:
This pneumatic grease injector is compatible with standard air compressors providing sufficient airflow and pressure (up to 9 bar). It is designed for use with most common types of lubricating grease used in industrial and automotive applications.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Ensure no grease or debris contaminates the air inlet. Periodically clean the hose and nozzle to prevent blockages.
- Storage: Store the unit in a clean, dry place. Ensure the tank is not overfilled before storage and any residual pressure is released safely.
- Maintenance: Regularly check all connections for leaks and wear. Refer to the manual for any specific maintenance schedules for seals or internal components.
