These ball bearing fire rated hinges are designed for use on internal and external fire doors, tested to BS EN 1634-1 for FD60 Timber and FD240 Steel. With exceptional durability and strength, these fire door hinges are supplied as a set of 3, are CE marked and comply with BS EN 1935 standard. Grade 13 Stainless Steel fire door ball bearing hinge, fire rated to 30, 60, 90 & 120 minutes and suitable for doors weighing up to 120kg. Includes 3x hinges measuring 102x76x3mm and supplied with 12 x 1.1/4" fixings. Suitable for use on fire doors. BSEN 1634 fire rated to 30 minutes. BSEN 1935 performance tested to 200,000 cycles. Suitable for doors weighing up to 120kg (total door mass). CE Marked. UKCA Marked. Certifire approved. Supplied with fixings.
