Troubleshooting
Light does not turn on
Ensure the power source (battery or AC adapter) is securely connected and fully charged or functional. Verify the power switch on the light is in the 'on' position.
DMX control is not responding
Check that DMX cables are properly connected or wireless DMX is paired correctly. Verify the DMX address settings on the light and controller match. Ensure the correct DMX mode is selected.
Color reproduction appears inaccurate
Confirm that the correct color mode (e.g., RGBAW) is selected. Check the CRI/TLCI ratings in the manual and ensure your camera's white balance is set appropriately for the light source.
Light flickers during operation
Try a different power source to rule out power fluctuations. Ensure all connections are secure. If using DMX, check for interference on the wireless DMX channel.
