Disassemble the pump after each use and wash all parts that come into contact with milk with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. The milk collectors can be self-sterilised in the microwave.

The MAM Move comes with three different inserts to accommodate different breast sizes. Experiment with each insert to find the one that fits most comfortably and effectively.

STIMULATION MODE helps initiate milk flow. EXPRESSION MODE is for efficient milk expression. SILENT MODE allows for extra peaceful pumping.

Use the control buttons on the pump to adjust the intensity level within each mode. There are 5 intensity levels per mode.

It is generally recommended to pump in a more upright position for optimal performance and comfort.
