The Living and Home 60-inch Electric Fireplace is designed for homeowners seeking a sophisticated, supplemental heating solution that combines visual ambiance with efficient thermal output. It is perfect for modern living rooms or master suites, providing realistic flame effects and adjustable heat settings without the mess of traditional hearths; however, users should note that while it is highly effective, it serves primarily as a supplemental heating source rather than a primary furnace for entire large-scale open plans.

No, this is an electric unit and does not produce smoke, carbon monoxide, or ash, so no ventilation or chimney is required.
Yes, the flame effect operates independently, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance throughout the year without increasing the room temperature.
There are three options: wall-recessed for a built-in look, wall-mounted, or floor-standing using the included feet.
While the exterior frame stays relatively cool, the heating vent area will get hot during operation; keep children and pets away from the vent.
Yes, the unit includes both decor options, allowing you to switch the interior styling whenever you choose.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functioning wall outlet and check your home circuit breaker.
Replace the batteries in the remote control and ensure you have a clear line of sight to the sensor on the fireplace front.
Check the brightness settings via the remote. If it persists, ensure the interior glass is clean and free of interior obstruction.
Installation varies based on your preference. To recess the unit, ensure your wall cavity can support the 60-inch width and provides necessary clearance for electrical access. For wall-hanging, use the provided mounting hardware ensuring it is anchored into studs. If using it as a floor unit, attach the provided stands firmly before plugging it into a standard power outlet. To maintain the unit, occasionally wipe the tempered glass panel with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. Ensure the intake and exhaust vents remain unobstructed by curtains or furniture to prevent overheating and ensure efficient airflow.
