Liqui Moly Ceramic Paste is a high-performance, metal-free, partially synthetic mounting paste ideal for automotive technicians and DIY enthusiasts who need to prevent seizing and corrosion on high-heat components. It excels at facilitating easier disassembly of parts like brake components, exhaust systems, and spark plug threads, though users should note that it is not designed as a lubricant for high-speed rotating bearings or internal engine parts.

Yes, because the formula is metal-free, it is safe to use on ABS brake systems and will not interfere with sensors.
Yes, being metal-free prevents galvanic corrosion, making it ideal for joining dissimilar metals.
No, this is a mounting paste designed to prevent seizing, not a lubricant for high-speed rotating bearings.
It is designed to withstand extreme high temperatures encountered in automotive exhaust and braking systems.
No, it is non-conductive, which is an advantage for preventing electrolytic reactions between metals.
Ensure the surface is at room temperature; the paste becomes more viscous in extreme cold.
Verify that all rust was removed from the threads before the initial application and ensure that the correct torque settings were used.
To ensure maximum effectiveness, clean all contact surfaces of dirt, rust, and old grease before application using a brake cleaner. Apply a thin, uniform layer of the paste to the threads or contact area. Do not use this paste on components that require specialized high-speed bearing grease, as it is a mounting paste, not a high-speed lubricant. Keep the tube tightly capped when not in use to prevent the paste from drying out or collecting dust. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
