This is a physical, printed knitting instruction leaflet.
The pattern is designed for King Cole Cherish DK and Cherished DK yarns.
No, a cable needle is only required for the specific designs within the collection that feature cable detailing.
The pattern covers sizes from premature up to 9 months.
No, the knitting needles and yarn must be purchased separately.
Check your tension (gauge) against the pattern requirements; you may need to switch needle sizes if your stitches are too tight or loose.
Ensure you are using the correct cable needle and that you are moving stitches to the front or back exactly as instructed for each specific row.
To begin, ensure you have the necessary needle sizes: 3mm, 3.75mm, and 4mm. You will also need a cable needle for the textured hat designs. This pattern is strictly compatible with King Cole Cherish DK and Cherished DK yarns to achieve the gauge specified in the instructions. Because these items are intended for infants, it is recommended to wash the finished hats according to the yarn label instructions—typically a gentle machine wash or hand wash—to maintain the softness and shape of the delicate fibers.
