Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This filament is designed to work with most standard 1.75mm FDM 3D printers. Ensure your printer's hotend can reach the recommended temperature range (190-220°C). Load the filament as you would any other PLA, paying attention to the recommended retraction settings for your specific printer model.
Compatibility:
Compatible with a wide range of FDM 3D printers. For optimal results, use printers with enclosed or semi-enclosed chambers, especially for larger prints, to maintain a stable printing environment. The filament diameter is 1.75mm, which is the most common size.
Care:
- Storage: Store the filament in its resealable bag with the desiccant pack to prevent moisture absorption. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Drying: If the filament has been exposed to humidity, it is recommended to dry it before use. This can be done in a filament dryer or a low-temperature oven (around 40-50°C) for several hours.
