Polypipe Soil Vent Terminal - 110mm - White

A soil vent terminal allows air into the drainage system to equalize pressure, preventing traps from being siphoned dry and ensuring smooth waste flow. It also allows foul air to escape safely via the terminal.

It connects via a push-fit ring seal mechanism. Ensure the 110mm soil pipe spigot and the ring seal are lubricated, then firmly push the pipe into the terminal until fully seated.

While it is designed for 110mm pipes, for guaranteed performance and compatibility, it is recommended to use it with Polypipe's Universal Soil Fittings and Ancillaries.

The white finish is designed for durability in standard outdoor conditions. Prolonged extreme UV exposure might cause some natural degradation over many years, but significant fading is not typical for this product under normal residential use.

The main maintenance is ensuring the terminal opening is clear of debris like leaves or nests to maintain proper airflow. Cleaning the exterior with a damp cloth is sufficient.

This terminal is designed and specified for residential plumbing systems. For commercial applications, different specifications or larger bore systems might be required.

Check that the Soil Vent Terminal is properly installed and that the ring seal is intact and seated correctly. Ensure the terminal opening is not obstructed by debris. Verify that the connected soil pipe is not leaking.
