Troubleshooting
Pouch tips over easily.
Ensure the extra-deep 8.5" base is fully on a flat surface. Distribute heavier items towards the base and center of the pouch for maximum stability.
V-SWAP panels are difficult to insert or remove.
Ensure the panels are aligned correctly with the slots. They should slide in smoothly. If stiff, check for any obstructions or debris in the slots. Do not force them.
Zipper is stiff or sticking.
Clean the zipper teeth with a small brush to remove any dirt or fabric debris. Apply a small amount of wax or silicone lubricant to the teeth and work the zipper back and forth to loosen it.
Tools are not staying organized.
Re-evaluate your tool placement within the V-SWAP panels and pockets. Consider purchasing additional V-SWAP panels to create more specialized compartments for different tool types.
Water seeping into the pouch.
While the base is waterproof and pockets offer protection, the main body is not fully submersible. Ensure the main zipper is fully closed. The tarpaulin pocket offers additional protection for items stored there.
