Diamond Pedals proudly announces the launch of the Dark Cloud, an innovative delay pedal that represents the pinnacle of hybrid analogue-digital design. Drawing on the company's rich heritage in crafting exceptional analogue effects, the Dark Cloud merges classic tone with cutting edge technology to deliver a delay pedal like no other. At the heart of the Dark Cloud is Diamond's revolutionary Digital Bucket Brigade Delay (dBBD) technology, which seamlessly blends the organic warmth of analogue companding with the precise control of an embedded digital system. This unique architecture allows the Dark Cloud to deliver three distinct and creative delay modes (Tape, Harmonic and Reverse). The Dark Cloud offers three versatile and creative delay modes, namely Tape, Harmonic and Reverse. It features a Tap Tempo switch and a Doubler for doubling the delay tempo. Each pedal is handmade in Canada and features soft-touch relay switching and top-mounted connectors for neat integration on your pedalboard.
