FAQs
Is the upholstery truly pet-proof?
The fabric is designed to be pet-friendly, meaning it is more resistant to scratches and easier to clean. However, it is not entirely damage-proof against determined pets.
How much weight can the bench support?
While specific weight limits are not provided, the bench is constructed for standard seating use. It is designed to be sturdy for everyday use.
What are the dimensions of the hidden storage compartment?
Specific internal dimensions for the storage compartment are not detailed, but it is designed to hold common entryway items such as mail, keys, or gloves.
Can the shoe rack hold boots?
The shoe rack is designed for standard shoes. Depending on the height and style of boots, they may or may not fit comfortably.
How often should I clean the upholstery?
For everyday maintenance, a light dusting or vacuuming is sufficient. For spills or spots, clean immediately as per the care instructions.
Is the blue color true to the product images?
Color representation can vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. However, the 'Blue' designation indicates a consistent shade across manufacturing.
Troubleshooting
Fabric shows minor stains despite water-repellent finish.
Blot the spill immediately with a clean, damp cloth. For persistent stains, use a mild soap and water solution, testing on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid excessive moisture.
Shoe rack seems unstable.
Ensure the bench is on a level surface. If the rack is part of a removable insert, check that it is seated correctly.
Storage compartment has an odor.
Ensure items stored are dry. Air out the compartment by leaving the lid open for several hours. You can place a sachet of baking soda inside to absorb odors.

- Integrated shoe rack promotes organization and tidiness.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This bench typically arrives fully assembled. Ensure all packaging is removed and place it in your desired location. If any assembly is required, follow the included instruction manual.
Compatibility: Suitable for most entryway, hallway, or mudroom spaces. Ensure measurements of your space before purchasing to confirm a proper fit.
Care:
- Upholstery: For daily cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. For minor spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The water-repellent finish helps, but prompt attention to spills is advised.
- Fabric Protection: Periodically check the fabric for wear and tear. The pet-friendly nature means it's more resilient, but continuous rough treatment can still cause damage.
- Storage Compartment: Wipe the interior with a damp cloth if needed. Ensure items stored are dry to prevent moisture buildup.
