Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Before your first use, wash the roasting tin with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. No special setup is required.
Compatibility
The Kitchenmaster Mercury Quartz Roasting Tin is compatible with standard ovens. Always check the oven's internal dimensions to ensure the tin fits properly. It is not suitable for use on stovetops or in microwaves.
Care
- Cleaning: After use, allow the roasting tin to cool completely. Wash by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Utensils: Use only wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Avoid cutting food directly in the tin.
- Storage: Store the roasting tin in a dry place. If stacking with other cookware, consider placing a soft cloth or paper towel between the tin and other items to protect the non-stick surface.
