The Justop Dummy CCTV Camera with integrated solar security light is designed for homeowners and small business owners looking to enhance property security without the cost or complexity of a full hardwired surveillance system. By combining a realistic dummy camera with a motion-activated COB LED floodlight, it serves as a dual-purpose theft deterrent that is ideal for driveways, gardens, and patios; however, users should note that it provides no actual video recording or monitoring capabilities.

No, this is a dummy CCTV camera. It is designed solely for visual deterrence and lighting purposes.
Yes, the flashing red LED is designed to mimic an active recording device and will operate while the device is in standby mode.
It is designed for outdoor use, but it can work indoors if placed in a spot that receives ample sunlight to charge the solar panel.
Performance varies by sunlight exposure, but the high-capacity battery is designed to power the lights for several hours of intermittent use on a full charge.
Yes, the product includes an adjustable wall bracket and the necessary hardware for standard mounting.
Check if the unit is receiving enough sunlight to charge the battery. If it has been cloudy for several days, the battery may need more time to recharge.
Ensure the sensor lens is clean and that there is no vegetation or furniture blocking the 120-degree detection field.
Ensure the unit is installed in a location where the ambient daylight is sufficient to signal the sensor that it should remain in standby mode.
Installation is straightforward as the unit is entirely self-contained. Mount the device to a wall or wooden surface using the provided adjustable bracket and included hardware. Ensure that the solar panel is positioned in a location that receives direct, unobstructed sunlight for the majority of the day to ensure optimal battery performance. While the unit is IP66 waterproof, avoid installing it in areas where water might pool or where the PIR sensor could be blocked by thick foliage. Periodically wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or dirt, which can otherwise impede charging efficiency. No firmware or complex configuration is required.
