The Crosby 28 is designed as a compact backpack and is generally not sized to accommodate standard laptops. It is better suited for tablets, notebooks, and small daily essentials.
Use a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners that contain alcohol or solvents, as these can strip the natural oils from the leather.
Yes, the backpack features adjustable shoulder straps that allow you to customize the fit for maximum comfort.
The bag is made of natural leather, which is not waterproof. It is recommended to use a protective leather spray and to avoid heavy rain whenever possible.
The bag uses a secure combination of an interior drawstring and a magnetic snap closure.
Gently work the drawstring back and forth to loosen the leather fibers or apply a small amount of leather conditioner to the area where the cord passes through the eyelets.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to buff the pebbled leather gently. If marks persist, use a specialized leather cleaner approved for COACH products.
To ensure the longevity of your leather, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. If the leather gets wet, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth and let it air dry away from heat sources. To maintain the pebbled finish, use a leather conditioner specifically formulated for fine goods every few months. When setting up the bag, adjust the shoulder straps to ensure the top of the backpack rests just above your lower back; this distribution of weight prevents strain during long periods of use.
