Designed to bridge the gap between your pedalboard and Eurorack, the Strymon AA.1 attenuator smoothly converts and enhances the signal level from the Eurorack, bringing it down to the same level as your guitar signal. Eurorack signals (line signals) can get pretty high and lead to a number of issues, so this can come in pretty handy. When the signal returns from the effect pedal, it gets a +18dB boost to even out the volume level of both signals, effectively eliminating any of the problems involved in using modular setups combined with effects pedals. This module supports both stereo inputs and stereo outputs. It is an amplifier/attenuator module designed to integrate guitar, bass, and respective to modular synthesizers - 4HP. AA.1 is designed to be your bridge between the world of guitar pedals and the world of modular synthesizers. This compact 4HP amplifier attenuator module has everything you need to interface your modular with your guitar effects pedals as well as with your guitar or bass. AA.1 is purpose-built to combine your guitar gear and synth modules in just about any way you can imagine. Connect a pedal to the effects send and return of Magneto. Use your guitar or bass as a signal source for mangling and warping with your modular gear. Send an instrument-level stereo master output from your modular rack to your computer.
