These 40mm Galvanised Commercial Wire Rope Grips, sold in a pack of two, are designed according to DIN741 standards. They are ideal for creating loops in wire rope for various applications including marine use, public areas, and yacht rigging. The galvanised finish provides excellent corrosion resistance. For optimal use, grease the threads on nuts and bolts before fitting. Ensure spacing between grips is at least 6 times the rope diameter and the 'U' bolt is positioned on the unloaded end of the rope. Tighten nuts evenly to recommended torque settings, and re-check after 24 hours, initial load application, and periodically during service.
