Originally released in 2008, the GEL-KAYANO 14 was the first of the series to be designed by someone other than Toshikazu Kayano. This version reinterprets the shoe's performance capabilities with updated materials and components, retaining the layered leather and mesh construction from 2008. The shoe features a wide, breathable sage mesh upper layered with 'Dried Leaf Green' and 'Pure Silver' paneling, a nod to a late 2000s aesthetic. Metallic accents add a luxe finish, while visible GEL technology and a TRUSSTIC support system offer advanced impact absorption and cushioning. The original midsole tooling with GEL™ technology cushioning is mirrored here, and the fit of the upper is improved. It has a mesh upper, synthetic leather overlays, GEL™ technology cushioning, and a rubber outsole. Style Code: 1203A537-300.
