Product Information
Full details
The MIDIFLEX 4 is a compact USB MIDI interface with 4 configurable MIDI IO ports, offering users significant flexibility. It can function as a stand-alone MIDI merge and split box. The MIDIFLEX 4 features road-worthy housing with a wrap-around aluminum cover, making it adaptable to changing MIDI connection needs in studios or on the road. It can be configured as a 1-in/3-out, 2-in/2-out, or 4-out interface and is compatible with Windows, macOS, and iOS. Setup is straightforward as the MIDIFLEX 4 is USB class-compliant, requiring no custom drivers, and most DAWs will automatically recognize the ports. The interface indicates MIDI connections with port MIDI indicators. Multiple MIDIFLEX units can be used simultaneously to expand the number of MIDI ports. In stand-alone mode, it operates as a 2-in/1-out MIDI merge or 1-in/3-out MIDI split box, with a dedicated button for easy mode switching and visual feedback from the 4 MIDI LED indicators. The unit is powered via USB or an optional external standard USB power supply and includes a standard USB cable and a Bitwig 8-Track software license card.
