FAQs

Is the Hype Multi Constellation Lunch Bag machine washable?

It is recommended to wipe clean with a damp cloth rather than machine washing to preserve the thermal insulation properties and the external fabric print.

Does it come with an ice pack?

No, the bag does not include an ice pack; however, the internal dimensions allow plenty of room to add your own small slim-profile cooling pack.

Will a large water bottle fit in the side pocket?

The side pocket is designed for standard water bottles; extra-large or wide-diameter bottles may not fit securely.

What are the primary materials used?

The bag is crafted from durable synthetic textiles designed to be lightweight and easy to wipe clean.

Is this lunch bag suitable for adults?

Yes, while the design is vibrant and energetic, its size and functionality make it suitable for anyone needing a compact lunch solution.

Troubleshooting

Interior smells after food spill

Wipe the interior with a mixture of water and a small amount of vinegar, then leave the bag open to air dry completely.

Zipper feels stiff or stuck

Ensure no fabric lining is caught in the zipper teeth and rub a graphite pencil tip along the teeth to act as a dry lubricant.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This lunch bag requires no assembly and is ready for use immediately upon unpacking. To maximize its lifespan and maintain hygiene, follow these care instructions:

Daily Cleaning: Wipe the interior thermal lining with a damp cloth and mild soap after every use to prevent spills from creating odors.
Stain Removal: Use a soft brush or cloth with lukewarm water to spot-clean the exterior fabric; avoid harsh chemical detergents that may fade the constellation print.
Drying: Always leave the bag open in a well-ventilated area after cleaning to ensure the interior is completely dry before the next use.
Avoid Overstuffing: To maintain the integrity of the zippers and the shape of the bag, avoid forcing oversized containers into the main compartment.
