The Cable Matters 100-pack of reusable cable ties is an essential organizational solution for IT professionals, home office users, and gamers looking to eliminate cord clutter. These hook-and-loop straps provide a secure, damage-free method for managing power, network, and A/V cables, allowing for effortless adjustments and reconfigurations. While they excel at tidying up workspaces and entertainment centers, they may not be suitable for securing extremely heavy-duty industrial cables or applications requiring permanent, high-tension binding.

While they are durable, they are designed primarily for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to UV light and moisture may degrade the material over time.
No, the hook-and-loop fabric is soft and flexible, ensuring it does not pinch or deform the internal wires of your cables.
The pack contains 100 ties in total, consisting of 60 black, 20 blue, and 20 orange straps.
Yes, you can easily cut the straps to a shorter length using standard household scissors.
They are made of standard synthetic materials and are not fire-rated for use inside plenum spaces or specialized high-heat environments.
Ensure the loop is threaded correctly and that there is sufficient surface contact between the hook and loop sections.
Use a small cleaning brush or the edge of a comb to gently remove debris from the hook fasteners.
You can daisy-chain two or more straps together by connecting the end of one strap to the start of another.
To install, simply wrap the tie around your cable bundle, feed the end through the loop slot, and press the hook-and-loop sections together. For maximum security, ensure the strap is pulled snugly but not so tight that it deforms the cable casing. Compatibility covers almost all standard consumer electronic cables, including HDMI, Cat6 ethernet, power cords, and audio cables. To care for these straps, avoid contact with heavy grease or oil, which can degrade the hook-and-loop fibers. If the straps lose their 'grip' due to collected dust or debris, they can often be refreshed by running a stiff brush over the hook side to remove accumulated lint.
