They gently clean and smooth the skin and last for ages. When you're done with your loofah you can compost it at home. LoofCo Bath Time Loofah pads are skilfully hand-made from layers of natural loofah plant, stitched together to make a delightful heart shaped Loofah. Heart-shaped bath time loofah. Biodegradable & recyclable alternative to plastic scourers, brushes, exfoliators and sponges. Made from sustainable raw materials. Supports traditional skills, crops and cottage industries while ensuring fair wages. Vegan friendly. Hand made in Egypt. When immersed in water swells up to become a soft, spongy and flexible pad. For best results: Rinse thoroughly before first use. Fits neatly in the hand. In bath or shower, use on damp skin with soap or gel in a gentle circular motion to clean, freshen, exfoliate and invigorate skin. To keep loofah fresh between uses, squeeze out excess water and hang to dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand if desired. Will last for months with normal use and at the end of its natural life can be composted.
