FAQs
What is the minimum water pressure required for this handset?
The handset requires a minimum operating pressure of 0.5 Bar. Always verify your home's water pressure capabilities.
How do I clean the nozzles?
The nozzles are designed for easy cleaning. Simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher buildup, a mild descaler can be used sparingly.
What material is the handset made from?
The handset is constructed from ABS, a durable plastic, and features a luxury chrome finish.
Does it come with a shower hose?
The product description focuses on the handset itself. A separate shower hose and wall bracket are typically required and may need to be purchased if you do not already have compatible ones.
What are the dimensions of the handset?
The dimensions are Height: 24.5 cm, Width: 10.5 cm, and Depth: 2.6 cm.
What is the warranty period?
The product listing mentions a 1-year guarantee and a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials (excluding serviceable parts), provided it is installed and used according to instructions. It is advisable to clarify what each guarantee covers.
Can this handset be used with a high-pressure system?
While designed for low pressure, it should generally function with higher pressure systems. However, if your pressure significantly exceeds standard levels, it's always best to use a pressure-reducing valve to protect your plumbing and the handset.
Troubleshooting
Low water flow
Ensure the minimum operating pressure (0.5 Bar) is met. Check for kinks in the shower hose. Clean the easy-clean nozzles for any blockages. Verify no other taps or outlets are running simultaneously.
Leaks from connection point
Check that the hose is securely attached to the handset. Ensure any rubber washers are present and correctly seated. Do not overtighten connections, as this can damage threads.
Spray patterns are uneven
Gently clean the easy-clean nozzles with a damp cloth or a mild descaling solution to remove any debris or limescale buildup.
Chrome finish dulls or spots
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly with a separate soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation requires connecting the handset to a compatible shower hose and existing shower system. Extra care should be taken during installation to avoid damaging the delicate fittings. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent leaks.
Compatibility: This handset is designed for low-pressure water systems, requiring a minimum operating pressure of 0.5 Bar (though 0.1 Bar is also suggested, always confirm your system's minimum pressure). It is compatible with standard shower hose fittings.
Care: To maintain the chrome finish and functionality, clean the handset regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can scratch the surface.
