Simply affix the character templates and start routing for uniformly spaced letters and numbers. The TurnLock™ feature on the BasePlate enables tool-free and hardware-free bushing exchange in seconds. The durable 15.9mm guide bushing maintains consistent alignment with any router template, guiding you through templates for great-looking signs. A metal nose guide bushing ensures long-lasting durability. The 178mm TurnLock™ BasePlate fits most popular routers and is made of clear polycarbonate for visibility. It can be modified with a drill or file to fit nonstandard routers, allowing for quick, tool-less bushing size changes.
