Troubleshooting
Shelf is wobbly after mounting.
Ensure the mounting brackets are securely fastened to the wall and that the shelf is properly seated on the brackets. Check that the wall anchors are appropriate for your wall type.
Received shelf looks significantly different from the product image.
This is due to the unique nature of the live edge acacia wood. Variations in color, grain, knots, and cracks are expected and are part of the product's character. The delivery is random, ensuring each piece is exclusive.
Mounting hardware is missing.
Mounting brackets and hardware are not included with this product. You will need to purchase these separately, ensuring they are suitable for your wall type and the shelf's load capacity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This wall shelf requires separate mounting brackets, which are not included in the delivery. Ensure you select appropriate hardware (screws, anchors) suitable for your wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, plaster) and the shelf's weight capacity. Measure and mark your desired location, ensuring it is level, before attaching the brackets and then securing the shelf.
Compatibility: The shelf is compatible with most standard wall types when using the correct mounting hardware. It is designed for indoor use in various rooms like living rooms, studies, offices, or bedrooms.
Care: To maintain the shelf's natural finish, clean it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the wood. For spills, wipe them up immediately to prevent staining.
