It features a compact, clamshell design and comprehensive software features, ideal for labelling applications in Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Retail, and Healthcare industries. Available in 203dpi (XD5-40d) and 300dpi (XD5-43d) resolution options, the XD5-40d offers quick data processing and print speeds of up to 7 ips (178mm/sec). It has enhanced memory space of up to 256MB SDRAM and 256MB Flash. The printer includes a field-installable Peeler, Auto Cutter, and an external paper supply. It also offers an optional visual LCD display, an adjustable paper guide and holder, and space for a media roll diameter of up to 127mm. The XD5-40d supports Smart Media Detection for automatic media detection of Gap, Black Mark, Continuous, or Notch media formats, and comes with a 2-year warranty.
