API MelaFix is an all-natural treatment containing an extract of the tea tree, Melaleuca cajeputi. It helps heal open wounds and abrasions, treats fin and tail rot, eye cloud, and mouth fungus. This treatment promotes the re-growth of damaged fin rays and tissue. It is safe for reef aquariums and live plants and does not affect the biological filter, alter the pH, or discolor water. MelaFix can be used in fresh or saltwater aquariums. To use, shake well and remove activated carbon if possible. Add 5ml per 38 litres of aquarium water. For disease or wound treatment, dose daily for 7 days, followed by a 25% water change. Continue treatment if necessary. When adding new fish, dose daily for 3 days as a preventive measure. Treats 1,794 Litres with a 237ml bottle.
