Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from loose paint or debris. Use a scraper or brush to remove any loose materials.
- Application: Apply the filler directly from the tube or container to the area needing repair. Use a putty knife or similar tool to smooth the surface.
- Drying: Allow the filler to dry completely. Drying time will vary depending on the depth of the fill and environmental conditions (humidity and temperature).
- Sanding: Once dry, sand the filled area with fine-grit sandpaper until smooth.
- Painting: After sanding, you can prime and paint the filled area to match the surrounding surface.
Compatibility: The 151 Instant Filler - White is compatible with most common household materials including plaster, plasterboard, brick, wood, and stone.
Care: Store the filler in a cool, dry place. Ensure the container is tightly sealed after use to prevent drying out.
